Ingredients:
– 1 mashed banana
– 1 egg
– 1 spoonful of peanut butter
– 2 Tbsp. chocolate protein powder
– *optional square of dark chocolate for topping

1. Start with mashing one ripe banana in a bowl, then add egg, protein powder and peanut butter.
2. After mixing everything together, pour into a microwavable mug (I’ve never greased the mug)
3. Microwave for 2 minutes & enjoy!
*For the topping I just microwaved a square of dark chocolate for 30 seconds.

3 Ingredient Pancakes!

-1 ripe banana
-1/2 cup rolled oats
-1 egg

-Blend all of the Ingredients in a blender until smooth (It should look like a thick pancake batter)
-Cook on greased pan like normal pancakes flipping after two minutes or so on each side.

-For the chocolate topping I used:
-1 tbsp. cashew butter
-1 tbsp. dark chocolate chips
Melted together for 30 seconds.

Simple Vegan Chocolate Chunk Cookies!

The healthiest & easiest vegan chocolate chip cookies -
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. almond milk
1 tbsp. agave nectar
1-2 tbsp. dairy free chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Blend everything except for the chocolate chips in a blender just until all the ingredients look mixed. (I used a Vitamix blender, and only turned it on setting 2 for about 30 seconds.)
After all of the ingredients are blended stir in the chocolate chips and form into balls on a lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes & enjoy!
*Makes 6 small cookies

2 ingredient pancakes!
•2 eggs
•2 bananas
1.Mash the bananas in a bowl
2.Stir in the eggs (don’t stir too much)
3.Pour fist/silver dollar size pancakes onto a greased pan
4.After about 2 minutes flip pancakes over for another 2 minutes
5. Make sure you grease the pan again after the first batch
6.Top them with whatever topping you like & enjoy! (I stick with the peanut butter and chocolate combo)
